Ciattarelli: Trump CAN WIN New Jersey
2025's GOP frontrunner is laser-focused on 2024, and he's all in for President Trump.
Somerset - Jack Ciattarelli has a message for Democrats: President Trump can win the Garden State.
Two polls had Donald Trump ahead of Joe Biden for the presidential election in New Jersey, per Newsweek. The sudden switch and potential coronation of Vice-President Kamala Harris as the Democrats’ nominee in mid-August has not phased Ciattarelli.
“With the increasingly radical Democrat Party in disarray both nationally and here in New Jersey - and voters across the political spectrum fed up with open borders, crushing inflation, sky high taxes, rising crime, and America's diminished standing in the world - Donald Trump can win New Jersey and I am working hard to help him do it,” Ciattarelli tells CJN.
After the assassination attempt on President Trump, Ciattarelli took to social media to forcefully condemn the violence and called for prayers for the President and his family. Ciattarelli’s opponents in the 2025 field were not as supportive.
State Senator and avowed “Never Trumper” Jon Bramnick was more forceful in condemning Trump and the Republican party’s future should the former President Trump win New Jersey than he was the Trump assassin.
Longshot perennial candidate and radio host Bill Spadea, who previously called Trump a failure and wished for his absence from the 2024 field, used the Trump assassination attempt to boost his own campaign in a since-deleted tweet caught by CJN. He also released a television ad with a fake news broadcast (and misspelling of Ciattarelli’s name) suggesting an endorsement from President Trump. President Trump has not endorsed a republican candidate vying for the Governor’s seat in 2025.
Ciattarelli endorsed President Trump earlier this year, as reported by CJN, after New York D.A. Alvin Bragg’s political persecution against the former President. He said he will continue his tour of New Jersey working to elect authentic, “America and New Jersey-first” republicans across the state in 2024, the chief candidate being former President Trump.
At an event in Rumson earlier this year, Ciattarelli told republican voters that while he is running for Governor next year, he is focused on supporting candidates on the ballot this year. Ciattarelli has been headlining events for Middletown Mayor Tony Perry, Assemblyman Gerry Scharfenberger - both Trump delegates at the RNC - and Scott Fegler, a businessman fighting to unseat career-Congressman Frank Pallone, the former Chairman and now ranking member of the House’s Energy and Commerce Committee who is long seen as the legislative rubber stamp for the Biden-Harris regime.
Ciattarelli also supported Atlantic County Chairman and 2024 Trump delegate Don Purdy in his bid to unseat RNC committeeman Bill Palatucci, a Chris Christie acolyte.
