NJGOP hits major milestone, strengthens ground game for 2026
After completing a rigorous national program, the NJGOP is leveling up for 2026.
COLTS NECK - The New Jersey Republican Party has completed Phase 2 of the Republican National Committee’s GROW Program, “Growing Organizations to Win,” a nationwide effort focused on helping state parties get stronger, more organized, and better prepared to win elections.
Led by Chairwoman Christine Giordano Hanlon, the NJGOP has reached a step known as the “Leader’s Circle,” a title for earned by those who have met a set of standards to improve how it operates and prepares for upcoming elections, including 2026.

“I am proud to say we have met all of the benchmarks of the challenging RNC GROW program in a very short time period,” said NJGOP Chairwoman Hanlon. “We worked tirelessly to meet the program requirements, which will help us become more effective and organized. We are excited to move on to the next phase of party-building.”
“The NJGOP will continue to work closely with the Republican National Committee to continue our progress as a state party,” continued Hanlon. “We appreciate the support of the RNC and their State Party Strategies team as we focus on rebuilding, election integrity, training and strategy in 2026.”
