Too Big to Rig: Monmouth County leads in Early Voting for the fourth year in a row
Monmouth Republican leaders announce record turnout with more Republicans than Democrats casting ballots prior to Election Day.
Colts Neck - Monmouth County Republican Committee Chairman has announced that Monmouth County voters cast more early in person votes on machines that in any other county in the State of New Jersey. Although Monmouth County does not have largest population in the State, Monmouth County voters set a record as the top early in person voting county with almost 130,000 voters casting their ballots during the early voting period.
"We set a record here in Monmouth County and what is remarkable is that over 21,000 more Republicans than Democrats voted during the 9 day early voting period," said Monmouth County Republican Chairman and Sheriff Shaun Golden. "We had such a tremendous turnout of Republicans during the early voting period that it erased any advantage that the Democrats typically have going into election day due to mail in ballot voting."
"We will help deliver a victory for former President Trump and our candidates that is too big to rig," continued Golden. "Our leadership team at the Monmouth County Republican Party is second to none in the state. We work hard as a team to ensure that our voters are educated about the process and have been energized about this election."
"We are proud to be the leader in the state with the early voting process. From our GOP leaders to our County Clerk and all of the County election officials who work hard to ensure that Monmouth County voters know about the early voting opportunities, said Golden. "Our hard work and dedication shows in the numbers."
