Asbury Park - Two of Monmouth County’s leaders the took home “Best Home Grown PSA” at the Garden State Film festival. County Commissioner Director Tom Arnone and County Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon won the award for their PSA highlighting “America 250 Monmouth NJ” which will celebrate Monmouth County's significance to the American Revolution and America's 250th anniversary in 2026.
Set against the historied Battle of Monmouth, Arnone and Hanlon welcome residents to celebrate America’s quincentennial anniversary by looking back at the people, places and events that shaped Monmouth County as a key battleground in New Jersey, historically hailed as “crossroads of the American Revolution.”
Both Hanlon and Arnone served as Executive Producers for the film shot by Adam Worth.
