WATCH: Is Zdan the Man? New video hints at GOP Senate run.
The former News12 reporter is telling New Jerseyans to stay tuned.
Titusville - Alex Zdan, for once, has left New Jerseyans with questions.
The former News 12 reporter known for his tough interview style has launched a campaign-style video (below) and website teasing a potential bid for the U.S. Senate, as first reported by the New Jersey Globe.
While today was allegedly the day Cape May developer Curtis Bashaw was expected to announce his entry into the crusade aimed at unseating Senator Bob Menendez (D-Hudson, Qatar, Egypt), Zdan seems to be sharpening his sword—but for what?
”I’m recruiting fighters who want to hold those in power accountable. I’ve spent my career exposing corruption at the hands of political elites, and I’m not done,” said Zdan in an exclusive statement to CJN.
“You haven’t heard the last of me,” said Zdan. “Stay tuned.”
While Zdan has not explicitly said what, if any, office he is seeking, he has already taken a shot at Democratic frontrunner Tammy Murphy and her husband, Gov. Phil Murphy, after the latter delivered his State of the State Address:
