Anyone running for anything in NJ had better be prepared to address the Mt. Laurel issue. I understand it must be done legislatively, yet I haven't heard many legislators willing to stick their neck's out. The bellowing from the affordable housing people is quite insulting to those of us watching high density housing developments eating up our state under the guise of Mt.Laurel with very little affordable housing being built.Builder's remedy lawsuits scare the hell out of local governments and they topple. OR, is developer money funding too many campaigns?
